Well, hello there

Let’s get one thing clear.  I’m no expert.  In fact, there are days when I question who said I was sane enough to care for three small boys, but none the less here I am.  I got the idea for this blog as I’ve had some friends pop up pregnant.  These friends, about to be inducted into what I call “the club” – the club of motherhood – have asked for advice.  Advice on what to buy, what to read, how to manage, etc.  Again I hardly feel like I’m the authority on anything, but with my eldest almost five years old as I type this, I’m starting to feel a bit, umm… seasoned.  There are also things I find I forgot about the newborn stage that I’m re-remembering with my littlest man now only 11 weeks old.  A lot of what I plan tot impart on this blog I learned from other moms, moms who might have pitied me at one point when they saw the smallest bit of desperation or madness in my eyes.  We take care of our own, and because of that I hope to send out into the universe some of my tried and trues so that your journey may be smoothed even the smallest bit.
